Clash at Marias Line: 

The early offense saw the 1st Army Group led by Bryant Martin engage with the Scouting Troop 52 in what would be known as the first motorized engagement in baümen history. The Battle of Sierra saw the 1st Motorized Rifle Brigade alongside the 3rd infantry of 1st Army Group of the Republic of Baüme would engage with the Dark Eagle Battalion of Troop 52. The conflict started when a Baümen Ford Convoy of the 1st Motorized Rifle Brigade spotted the DEB (Dark Eagle Battalion) moving a left flank on the Baümen front line. The convoy began to spray fire on the DEB, resulting in 2 injured DEB Infantry, and one Baümen soldier who suffered from a hurt finger due to a gun jam. Following the DEB retreat, the 1st Motorized Rifle Brigade called upon the 3rd infantry to halt the DEB retreat. Initial gunfire began at 16:14 on the 16th, resulting in 4 injured, and one with a severe injury of a second degree burn. Fighting stopped at 19:54, when the DEB retreated after sustaining multiple injuries, and having a supply hub burnt to ash. Second Chair President Aiden McLain entered the battlefield to witness the retreat and damage, becoming the first politician to be on a battlefield in baümen history. Following the Sierra Offense, the 1st Army Group began the tactic of trench warfare that would effectively put the war on hold until both nations could regroup and plan. The Scouting Troop 52 would surrender to the Republic of Baüme leading to an initial victory of the war.

Aftermath: Following Operation Powell, the Republic of Baüme was swift to annex the Scouting Republic and hold the majority of its citizens under martial law. A total of 24 Scouts were injured compared to the Republic's 8 Soldiers. A total cost in damage was estimated to be $26,000 USD in environmental damage, around $14,000,000 USD to $42,000,000 USD in bullet shell litter, and $200 USD in medical expenses after the war, leaving the Republic to roughly $14,026,200 USD to $42,026,200 USD. The debt would never be repaid.

Treaty of Pasco:

On 25 November of 2025 the Second Chair President McLain, alongside Baümen-American ambassador of Florida, Adyalyn Stafford, met in Pasco County, Florida, United States with Scouting Republic President Gioradano to discuss the outcome of the war. After three days of discussion, a treaty was reached. The original Scouting Republic's government would be taken out and replaced with a pro-Guccist state. This would result in the Powell Republic or the Second Scouting Republic. The Republic of Baüme would take control over a majority of the Peschanik Oblast that was formerly owned by the First Scouting Republic. Additionally, both sides formed an NCZ (Non-Combat Zone) which would protect a stretch of the border between both nations in the event of another war.
