The nation functions under a highly centralized, strict authoritarian framework, serving as the primary seat of power for the Supreme Government of the Nationalist Workers Party of Baüme (NWPB). This ruling vanguard party is jointly led by political figures Jameson Guccione and Aiden McLain, who command ultimate legislative and executive oversight over the state's internal affairs.

A foundational pillar of the Baümen state apparatus is its grand military wing, the Armed Forces of Baüme.
