May, the month of Mary

Thus, in another daring action from NWPB, the declaration of May as “Month of Mary,” according to a decree issued by State Press yesterday.

Commenting on the decree as an ideological response to the neighboring country of Caravan, which practices communism, the Republic seems to be promoting Catholicism as its state religion, which will play a quasi-military role to counter Caravan’s “atheistic expansion.”

“Decree for Moral Restoration”
In explaining the decision of the NWPB to declare the Month of Mary, the spokesperson made an appearance before reporters at a press conference at the military headquarters of the country’s capital. In doing so, he stated that it is an initiative to restore morality in accordance with our National Renewal policy.

This, however, is not simply a show of faith but is also an affirmation of the “Foundational Motherhood of the Republic” and an outright rejection of the Communist ideology practiced by Caravan. According to him, while Caravan “abolishes the sacred,” Baüme will embrace the divine.

Aside from that, the Republic has encouraged Catholics to pray the rosary. But if one is not a follower of the Catholic religion, even a simple Hail Mary is enough. Here’s the Hail Mary prayer:

Hail Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women
and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God,
pray for us sinners,
now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
